You can build it all separately (ie: foundation->walls->roof->doors/stairs) or use the 'Room' button to create foundation, walls, and roof together. Roofs have weight, so you can't build a roof without a foundation.

At least one person needs handle as one of their top priorities.I've experienced this to a degree - it works fine on the early materials but anything requiring 'strong support' won't build. It makes building with stairs in concrete, brick and carbon buildings impossible as you have to substitute the ceiling with a much weaker one - plus it looks terrible.
